Across TCGA patient cohorts, CBLB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,365 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CBLB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PALM2AKAP2, GTF2E1, and RNU6-353P. Each is linked with CBLB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBLB-to-partner and partner-to-CBLB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CBLB versus PALM2AKAP2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
