Across TCGA cell cohorts, CBFB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,585 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CBFB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle, Positive regulation of cell cycle process, and Protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with CBFB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CBFB-to-partner and partner-to-CBFB results are reported.
