CAVIN3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,455 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDLIM7, CNN2, and CRTAP. Each is linked with CAVIN3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN3-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAVIN3 versus PDLIM7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
