Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAVIN2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CAVIN2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CAVIN2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAVIN2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BRCA show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRP, and BRCA are the cancer types where CAVIN2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
