Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAVIN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,645 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CAVIN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, MYO1C, and ZYX. Each is linked with CAVIN1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAVIN1 versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
