CAVIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CAVIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAVIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, FABP12, and CST9. Each is linked with CAVIN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAVIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CAVIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by CAVIN1-low versus CAVIN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAVIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAVIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
