CAV3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAV3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,376 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, GALK2, and C1QB. Each is linked with CAV3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV3-to-partner and partner-to-CAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAV3 versus CMTR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
