CAV3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAV3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,285 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAV3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGFG1, SNORD104, and SCN1A-AS1. Each is linked with CAV3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAV3-to-partner and partner-to-CAV3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CAV3 versus AGFG1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAV3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAV3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
