Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATSPERD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,860 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CATSPERD-associated genes across cancer lineages are STMN1, POMT1, and NUSAP1. Each is linked with CATSPERD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERD-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STMN1 grouped by CATSPERD-low versus CATSPERD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
