Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPERB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,882 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CATSPERB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum unfolded protein response, and Mucus secretion. Each is linked with CATSPERB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERB-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation grouped by CATSPERB-low versus CATSPERB-high in STOMACH.
