CATSPERB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CATSPERB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATSPERB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RS1, CRYBA1, and RHOXF2. Each is linked with CATSPERB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATSPERB-to-partner and partner-to-CATSPERB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RS1 grouped by CATSPERB-low versus CATSPERB-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATSPERB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATSPERB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
