CATIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,365 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-492P, and RNU6ATAC10P. Each is linked with CATIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATIP-to-partner and partner-to-CATIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CATIP-low versus CATIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
