CATIP-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CATIP-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,186 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CATIP-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PNKD, STK4, and PNISR. Each is linked with CATIP-AS2 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CATIP-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-CATIP-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CATIP-AS2 versus PNKD in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CATIP-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CATIP-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
