CASZ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASZ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,490 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASZ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASZ1_S1758, CCDC88A, and DOK3. Each is linked with CASZ1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASZ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASZ1 versus CASZ1_S1758 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
