CASZ1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASZ1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,117 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21R, MIR200A, and ERBB3. Each is linked with CASZ1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASZ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASZ1 versus IL21R in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
