CASZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, MEK1, and Smad1. Each is linked with CASZ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASZ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by CASZ1-low versus CASZ1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
