CASZ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASZ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 730 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASZ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSS, PF4, and IGFL3. Each is linked with CASZ1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASZ1-to-partner and partner-to-CASZ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTSS grouped by CASZ1-low versus CASZ1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASZ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASZ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
