CASP8AP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP8AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,285 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8AP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYNCRIP, NONO, and PAF1. Each is linked with CASP8AP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8AP2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8AP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP8AP2 versus SYNCRIP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP8AP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP8AP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
