Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP8AP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,069 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8AP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome segregation, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with CASP8AP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8AP2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8AP2 results are reported.
