CASP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,436 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA7, NMI, and IFI35. Each is linked with CASP8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP8-to-partner and partner-to-CASP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP8 versus UBA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
