Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,779 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF1, CTSS, and B2M. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP5 versus IRF1 in SKCM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
