CASP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,898 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LYN, NCKAP1L, and STK10. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP5 versus LYN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
