Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6853, SEPTIN7P4, and TAF9. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6853 grouped by CASP5-low versus CASP5-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
