Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, Rad50, and EGFR. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.
