The most reproducible CASP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, Spindle assembly checkpoint signaling, and Mitotic spindle checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.
