Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, DBX2, and CCER1. Each is linked with CASP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP5-to-partner and partner-to-CASP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by CASP5-low versus CASP5-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
