CASP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,721 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA10, NMI, and NUBPL. Each is linked with CASP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP3-to-partner and partner-to-CASP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP3 versus NAA10 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
