Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,000 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF2, CDC20, and CENPU. Each is linked with CASP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP3-to-partner and partner-to-CASP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP3 versus IRF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
