CASP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,362 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNPO3, AAAS_S495, and NUP205. Each is linked with CASP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP2 versus TNPO3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
