Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,948 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSBP1, NCAPG2, and XRCC2. Each is linked with CASP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP2 versus SSBP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
