Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-58P, RNU6-1122P, and GSTA6P. Each is linked with CASP1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CASP1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-58P grouped by CASP1P2-low versus CASP1P2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
