Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASP14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 26,690 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CASP14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KRT16, TANC2_S1458, and GSDME. Each is linked with CASP14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP14-to-partner and partner-to-CASP14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASP14 versus KRT16 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
