CASP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31D1, OR10G3, and TEX50. Each is linked with CASP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASP12-to-partner and partner-to-CASP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
