Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CASK-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CASK-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CASK-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CASK-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.

HNSC, STAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where CASK-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
