CASD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CASD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 149 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4E2, CSPG5, and TCTN3. Each is linked with CASD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASD1-to-partner and partner-to-CASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4E2 grouped by CASD1-low versus CASD1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
