CASC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,350 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRATD2, MPHOSPH10, and MYO18A_S2007. Each is linked with CASC8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC8-to-partner and partner-to-CASC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC8 versus LRATD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
