CASC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, NXF1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with CASC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC3-to-partner and partner-to-CASC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC3 versus SMC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
