CASC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with CASC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC3-to-partner and partner-to-CASC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by CASC3-low versus CASC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
