CASC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,129 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, WDR31, and TTC23L. Each is linked with CASC2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC2-to-partner and partner-to-CASC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC2 versus NHLRC2 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
