CASC11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CASC11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,486 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CASC11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX21, SUPV3L1, and TRIM3. Each is linked with CASC11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CASC11-to-partner and partner-to-CASC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CASC11 versus DDX21 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CASC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CASC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
