Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CASC11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CASC11 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CASC11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CASC11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and KIRC are the cancer types where CASC11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
