CARTPT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARTPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,485 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARTPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12B, PRKAR2B, and PSMC2. Each is linked with CARTPT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARTPT-to-partner and partner-to-CARTPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARTPT versus PPP1R12B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARTPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARTPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
