CARTPT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARTPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,159 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARTPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P36, RNU6-1210P, and YRDCP3. Each is linked with CARTPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARTPT-to-partner and partner-to-CARTPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P36 grouped by CARTPT-low versus CARTPT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARTPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARTPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
