Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,217 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Smooth muscle cell migration, Formate biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of translation in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress. Each is linked with CARS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARS1-to-partner and partner-to-CARS1 results are reported.
