Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARNS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,746 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARNS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid catabolic process, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with CARNS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARNS1-to-partner and partner-to-CARNS1 results are reported.
