Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CARMIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HASPIN, MTND4P25, and CDCA2. Each is linked with CARMIL2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL2-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HASPIN grouped by CARMIL2-low versus CARMIL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
