CARMIL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CARMIL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,387 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CARMIL1_S122, CARMIL1_S1254, and CARMIL1_S967. Each is linked with CARMIL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL1-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CARMIL1 versus CARMIL1_S122 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
