CARMIL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARMIL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 755 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARMIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, RNF8, and SRF. Each is linked with CARMIL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARMIL1-to-partner and partner-to-CARMIL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by CARMIL1-low versus CARMIL1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARMIL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARMIL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
