CARF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1E1, SH3GL2, and GHR. Each is linked with CARF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARF-to-partner and partner-to-CARF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1E1 grouped by CARF-low versus CARF-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
