CARD17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CARD17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CARD17-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D5, PNLIP, and SPATA31D4. Each is linked with CARD17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CARD17-to-partner and partner-to-CARD17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D5 grouped by CARD17-low versus CARD17-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CARD17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CARD17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
